Malteser Cheesecake

An easy no bake Malteser cheesecake- a crowd pleaser every time as long as you can resist depleting your Malteser supply in the process.


  • 175g chocolate biscuits
  • 75g butter
  • 300ml double cream
  • 400g soft cream cheese
  • 100g icing sugar
  • A big bag of Maltesers



Blitz or smash your biscuits until they are like large breadcrumbs. Weigh out the butter into a saucepan and melt on a gentle heat. Once melted tip in the biscuits and mix well.


This is your cheesecake base- take a spring tin, I used a 20cm tin, but any average size tin is fine- and press the biscuit mix into the base. Put to onside to cool while you focus on the topping.


For the topping whip the double cream until it forms soft peaks. Meanwhile weigh out 400g of soft cream cheese with the icing sugar and fold together.



Fold the cream cheese mixture, whipped cream and crushed Maltesers together. Then spoon on top of your base and decorate with a few more Maltesers. Put in the fridge to set for at least one hour and you are good to go!

Once set it can be taken out of the tin and served. I was travelling to a BBQ with mine so I left it in the tin for transport!
